in general, a company in canada will not hire you until your papers are sorted out. the majority of them will not help you with this, unless your education/profession is something highly specialized or in high demand.
what do you do, if you don't mind my asking?
our permanent resident procedure works on a point system. first, you need to speak english or french. then they will look at other factors. if you are 32 years old or younger, you get maximum points for that category. you will get points depending on your education, and so on.
if you're a nurse or doctor for example, then getting in will be easy. if you're an accountant, then getting in will be very difficult.
