My father's business hires Indians, Philipinos, Chinese, Palestinians, Japanese etc... and they are all treated well.
They are all given their own car, my father give's them days off when they need it, and he's always been friendly to his staff.
At the end of the day, the people who have bad experiences are more vocal than those that have good experiences.
