Some women wear it for religious reasons, and definitely don't take it off even if they went to hell...
Some other women wear it out of customs or family pressure, and those are the ones who will take it off whenever the pressure is off
in Egypt, where I came from, there are many other reasons, some of them are funny...some wear it to get married (as it give an indication that the girl is religious and well behaved), others simply wear it to avoid the trouble of hair dressing...
Having said that, I have to say that 95% of the women wearing veil I know, do it for the right reason, i.e. religion...
What I really don't get, is why all this fuss about a piece of cloth put on the head...why suddenly all the governments in the west, and some times in the east, are so obsessed by the idea, and making the curb of veil their first priority...live and let live people!!!!!
