I know it is a scan, the reason I posted it is because I was tickled that this is the first one from beloved Qatar. - Not sure if the person is really from Qatar though.

I am sure we have received a lot of this type of mail, usually from Nigeria, but then it started appearing from different parts of the world. Now it just goes to my Junk mail file, as I use a qatar.net account. This one got through to my inbox file.

I had also received mail from the US Army in the same lines that they had found cache of Sadam's hidden dollars. In humor I sent it to people I know at the Army base.
