Just the fact that you are so sure that these people had the 'right' to demand, shows you just the kind of arrogance that most of the posters above are referring to.
No disrespect, but in the aviation industry there are laws. They are there to protect passengers as well as airlines. Do you have any idea what this arrogant stunt cost $$$ BA and it's unfortunate passengers?
I am sure that in the interest of getting the flight off the ground, BA would have done everything in it's power to find a solution. But if other passengers refuse to move after having paid for a seat next to their spouse of friend or whatever, why do you have to say....."Hatred of Arabs and Muslims: possible for some QL members."
