I understood that Meningitis and Flu vaccines are practically given to those going for Umrah and Hajj whether Qataris and Non-Qataris Residence Expats. Anybody going for Hajj and Umrah are advised and required to have these shots prior to travel. But for those who don't, may avail it at some private clinics or hospitals.
