Well, yeah it is expensive compared to any other network. For Example in Saudi the call rates are much better as I experience when went to Makkah. I am not giving examples of other countries because we must compare Middleastern countries' rates.
About Vodafone! wooow!! It simply rocks! I have heard that the call rates are gonna be the same as decided by QTEL. :( But hey! Vodafone is smart, and it will serve the residents much better as it has experience serving in various countries throughout the world!
