I am with demus. If the present employer is cancelling the visa and you want to exit Qatar it should be published and the Bank ofcourse will hold your exit. As suggested by another friend it will be better to check with the Bank how you can get it done without having any problem from their side. I think your new employer should give a guarantee to the bank that they will be responsible for your loan till you come back to Qatar but still it depends on the bank.
