The service is OK. i am using it since it launched.. but the charges are high.. even though the shipment is less than a kilo then charge for 1.5 to 1.6 KG citing volumetric reasons.. this is bit unreasonable. i havent tried Aramex, but seems to be better than DHL. DHL is faster no doubt but be prepared to pay the price.... of not less than 130 QAR for any weight....
