US certificate attestation is one of the most lengthy process.

Qatar foreign ministry needs attestation from US Embassy in Qatar to attest it here in Doha but (US)they dont do this service here.

You need to visit www.state.gov/m/a/auth/ and follow the instruction. It cost you $8 per document and the $20 for your state where you been certified.
