Depends on your contract and provided you didn't do anything that justifies your GM terminating you earlier - eg. if you have access to any confidential information that you might copy and take with you to a competitor, etc.

"then just now the HR tell me that the GM wants you to leave at the end of this month in 3 DAYS and he will pay you just this month!!!!!CAN HE DO THIS????"

- GENERALLY - No. He must pay you up to 22 April 2009. If he wants you to leave earlier for the possible security reasons stated above - ok but still he should pay you up to the date he confirmed earlier.

Suggest you inform your HR that you will go to the Labour Dept, give them a time frame and see what they say by the end of tomorrow. They probably wouldn't want to have a written record of this in the Labour Dept and you wouldn't want to be nasty to them, would you? What goes around, comes around some day and that works both ways.

Do not make emotional decisions - you will regret it later. Take this one step at a time - HR first.
