same what happen to me 3 days go the cost of my accident is QR22,700 so what i do is go to muror have some interview then they will give you a file case no. then after you get your case no. you will go to insurance the then the insurance will give some papers for you to to fix your car where ever it is, coz your car is more than 1 yeaR but for me i bring the paper to the compaany of my car coz my car i not more than 1 year. and about the case,, dont worry about that coz even the case is not finish they will fix your car....
