There is certain period to give you chance to look for job and tranfer your sponsorship(usually 3 months) depending on your companies internal policy.

Within that certain period, either you find job and transfer your sponsor to a new company or leave the country. Or possibility that your employer would cancel your visa/RP or report you absconding from your sponsor.
