You cant "teach people to respect", it has to be earned.
By calling people "trash" you are attacking the person and not your perceived grievance.
As I've said, you now have a reputation for personal attacks and it now doesn't matter who started it. Take my advice and come back with another name and start again.

You will get genuine interesting debate if you follow the rules - you can be as scathing as you like about someones views and ideas BUT NOT about them personally with regards to their race, religion, colour, creed, culture, gender, sexuality or age(might have missed a few here).
