That's one of the problems - lack of small to mediulm size businesses here - it will be the downfall of the country, well thats a bit strong but it could do SO much better if it opened up a little. I suppose that what the new body for development is...... i cant remeber its name.

Is Q-tel competitive, is the booze souq?? why do |Qatari companies make 100's million prfit always uo 10-50% on previius year...... this is a state run country get used to it.
