I have been reading the posts for a couple of days on QL and found it to be quite amusing.....I wish I had more time to contribute...However I think QL is mainly dominated by females.....who want to change the way people think and act. I am not doubting your intentions but the way is inappropriate. I have to deal with this problem everday as I am managing operations of a branch office of an mnc having employees from six different nationalities and most of them are engineers mind u. One must b more considerate and try to b diplomatic and avoid being blunt.The example below might be helpful.

one night mom and dad come home from a dineer party to find their little daughter's face fully covered with her mom's make-up. Mom seeing her things ruined gets into frenzy and yells at the girl. Next day the girl goes to her father and asks why was mom angry at me. The father replies, dear because you ruined her make-up which costs a lot. She replies back but dad u always praise mom when she puts on make-up.I just wanted to look pretty like her too.

So I would request ladies to be understanding first and be tolerant then. Consider urself as if in departure lounge of an airport.
