May b its frustration for being away from their families.......to say it a simpler.....starved 4 sex.
Secondly different norms of the society I guess. Some poor guys have not seen a women out of veil except their own (if he is married). For eample wearing loud make-up on the streets is considered vulgar in some parts of the world but here u see it is very common ( full make-up while on a shopping spree )
Thirdly due to X rated movie channels allowed in Qatar. How do u expect a guy to behave after watching a movie( unfortunately starring western women) and with no outlet to vent his libido.
