As per the Qatar Labour Laws, you can join another employment, only after TWO years of your departure, unless you dont have an NOC from ex-employer.
Those who leaves the country, pls make sure they collect the NOC from the Employer alongwith the Employment Certificate. Most of our friends think about the same, only after reachng the home country or when they are selected by another Employer
