Too bad that it is expired, but any way in case that they start it again, they charge you from the installation day not from the application date, there is no fees for installation unless you wanna tip the tichnecian.
- Also keep in minde that they don't install it in the same date of application, it takes them about a week till they reply back to you and check if it is available where you located, then they will set a date with you for the installation which is gonna be 2 weeks after
