Your colleagues may also be capable of working much more efficiently than you and thus spend less time doing the same work. Instead of assuming the problems lies elsewhere, take responsibility for your own actions.
You "work from 8 am to 5 pm like Dogs.." they might work 16 hours a day like dogs but just because they don't show it, doesn't mean they're not working.
