I have been to that restaurant last week but...except for the owner, who was really nice, it wasn't such a gr8 place.
I've had a pizza there and got disappointed a bit. Was a bit too dry for me.
And btw, don't try to go there for lunch, because you won't find most of the items on the menu available...as silly as it sounds, I was told that they prepare them for dinner only.
Imagine when you go to the restaurant for lunch and they tell you that they only have pizza and lasagne available...

About Biella, it's ok...but I prefer the one in the Mall.

About Ciao- been there, too. Not so bad, but food is a bit too heavy for me.

If you're looking for a problem, you're probably gonna find one.
