I dont want underestimate your skill anyway since u are holding masters and thinking of taking up the position with this low package. When u consider something is better than nothing, this is not a bad offer.
Hoever, a prospective life that you want to build in the future, this salary is lowest of lowest and not at all recommended according the present standard of expences in Qatar and standard of living too. It should be a double the salary that makes somewhat sensible according to your qualifications and expereince etc as far as I am evaluating your situation for the time being. Good luck.
