I am sorry to admit, but you ARE asking for too much. A decent unfurnished 2 br flat could not be found for less than 8,000. Anything less than that is.. sorry.. crap.. So answering your question, I would say: you have to decide,either you want a decent flat( then it’s 8000 +), or you want some stinky hole in the middle of nowhere (then maybe you will be lucky to find something for 5000).
