buy any animals from the shops here in Qatar. They have absolutely no stardards and many of the animals are inbred and diseased. My neighbor learned this the hard way as she bought a kitten from a shop on Al Mirqab. It died the next day. Vet confirmed it was horribly diseased. Only upon screaming threats did she get her money back. This exact scenario has happened over and over. The shops here are AWFUL!!! She now has a very cute cat from QAWS. They have a vet on site, do medical checks and vaccinations right there.
