As usual I'm late for the posts.....OH MY GOD.....can't believe this discussion is actually going on. Corne, I can understand the banging the head part....where did all the caring, compassion and respect for life go to. Immi, please don't give us a bad name...if you can't get over your twisted pleasure....please don't try to justify it with microbes (Virus rights....yipee). But seriously, I just got back home after handling a serious Road traffic Accident and it still hurts that people have to die so needlessly (and that was an accident). If you are a doctor....act like one.....life comes first, second and always on the list. People look to us for health.......so let us not rejoice in suffering. Don't discriminate. If you want to be emotionally detached from your patients, thats your call(and how your patients deal with it)......but treat every life equally, mother, son or enemy.....Peace all.
