lolllll, i am trying to open an arts and crafts center for kids and moms in doha, since more than one year.i met all related authorities and comitties, had to explain in details what the activities in the center would be. they tried to lead me out of it. they were convincing me to open a hair saloon for ladies, or a nutsery...they said it's the same :D. so my answer to you is: FORGET IT
