Hi, my daughter has to follow a strict gluten and dairy free diet and has done since she was 5 years old. I occasionally buy food from Mega Mart, there is a whole range of goods from pasta to biscuits, but i find that they are very expensive.

I buy pasta but usually make everything else, from basic ingredients such as tapioca and rice flour and have a number of fantastic gluten free cookbooks and recipes which you are more than welcome to borrow ( i haven't been able to find them here in Qatar).
