as per canadian immigration rule pcc required for immigration. it is not very difficult to get pcc. just u do one thing , first you take your passport to your employer after that u go to srilankan embassy and apply for pcc . they will submit your appliction & issue PCC certificate on same day,but must confirm here lakan is situated or not,
