One should know the release and NOC thing which i never knew till the time i arrived in Qatar. Now i see i would have easily got much better job and salary than what i am currently getting but my employer benefited from my lack of knowledge. Now i cannot work elsewhere unless i get a NOC from my employer which he will never give.
