im sorry for the bad words...B**L S**T....
this what happen to me.. i bring my HP laptop over that shop (redington) dec24, 2008 so when i hand over they just print a reciept and said "call after 3 days" by that words make me confuse..so because i want to repair my laptop i just let it goes.. so after 3 days i gave them a call and they told me the problem and repair will be maximum of 10 days. so to make the story short i let them do the job, then after 10 days i give a call to them, my laptop s not yet ready thier reason is still waiting for the spare parts, in 2 days it will come. so i wait again and again and again, whenever i give them a call same reason. up to know still waiting for a call. i already buy a new laptop because i really need it. tommorrow i will go to thier office in c-ring to pull out my laptop. that's mt experience with REDINGTON.
