Sometimes in a big household, helpers are needed and I'm sure the helper would rather work and get paid than not work at all. The key is how we treat them, some people think that if they're the employer then they have every right to treat the helper like a slave. Slavery days are over, in today's world we deal with contracts, noone is anyone's slave...I hope people are realizing that.
