Agree completely with comments above. Thanks QL and ahmed for your work and diligence in managing this. It's a nuisance and I know you have better things to do with your time, but zero-tolerance is the answer. I think we all appreciate your effort and quick action.
Maybe sabateur will have his allowance cut off by his mommy and daddy if he doesn't go outside and play with the other kids once in a while. (We can hope--people like this can't really have normal, healthy, mature relationships with other people can they?)
As for IP filtering, it might be easier on this side of QTel firewalls if Qtel doesn't use internal NATting within the country. Of course, the person might be behind a corporate NAT firewall in which case IP filtering won't work.
Better answer is some sort of graduated licensing program for new members. Don't know how easy that would be to set up though. I'm sure there's enough brains around to figure out a good alternative--one that still welcomes new members while making sure that they're serious. Maybe new member posts can go into a quarantine until a moderator reviews them?
