We have this guy in our office and he is the first to come to the office and maybe the last. I'm making my own coffee and tea and never ask him unless I'm under work pressure and can't even move. Even in that case, I will go to him to the kitchen and ask him if he can please make me a cup of coffee and send it, thanking him again before going back to my office. No need to mention that he sometimes ignore other people and makes me my cup of coffee instead.

Someone was angry at him that day because he was busy and that guy was shouting all the time, WHERE IS MY TEA!!!! like if he is the only one there, more than that he is from the same nationality and was fighting him where is my tea. I told him that, he is busy with a lot of other things so don't expect him to be a coffee machine making your coffee with one click. and he was like, .. but he should .. so I told him, you should sit in your office and wait. Leave him alone until he brings you your tea.

Treat people the same way that you want them to treat you.
