I strongly agree with you Darude! It is Human Psychology.

As far as you are with unknown people, you shows interest, as you know more about a person, you start comparing with your personal status quo, etc and decide to maintain distance.

But generally speaking thats the way life goes on and on...one like to explore the planet and people on Earth. So please don't discourage and let them mingle with you...All the best
