I sure as heck wouldn't buy a dog here. If you've decided not to adopt I'd recommend going to a very reputable breeder in your home country. As you know, you have a dog for as much as 15 years so they need to start out as healthy as possible. I have a nine and a half year old labrador that has NO ear problems, eye problems, arthritis, dermatitis, or digestive problems. I credit this to a good breeder.
