Ok, since im lebanese i will give my opinion in this case.
First as you know lebanese are mostly open minded and open to any culture around, but for sure some issues like religion might still be an obstacle in the path of marraige especially for the old parents..so if you are from same religion then i think the first part of the problem is done..
REgarding your nationality, i know philipinas are not widely spread among our lebanese society and they are in lower working posts (not as in qatar) but still if you are a good person who cherish hima nd he loves you in return then there is nothin on earth which could affect your relation ship negatively...
keep in mind, ppl always nag about the unfamiliar, but in a while they adapt and consider it just okay...
