Hi,

Some airlines will ask visa message from the sponsor for boarding (Eg. Qatar airways). So Please confirm with your sponsor that visa message has been sent to the concerned airlines in which you are travelling. If you are taking your ticket yourselves, please send the PNR number to your sponsor to send the visa message. If the sponsor is providing you the ticket, then he'll do it himself.
