this is a problem i suffered from years ago. nightmare headaches etc awful horrible. did the ent stuff - loads of pills that didn't get to the root cause. finally an operation was recommended... then a kind lady took me to an acupunturist - after several sessions - bingo! fine and then i went for sessions on and off.

try the ent stuff but please keep the acupuncture as an option if the conventional way doesn't do the trick.

a few needles are a lot less drastic than a black and decker power tool boring up your nostrils.
