It’s not news.. Qatar is controlling everything: who is arriving, who is leaving, what kinds of visas, etc.. Qatar has full rights to control its Visas issues, like any other country in the world.
'How is it controlled'? It’s controlled by the Immigration Department of MOI, by either approval of visa applications or by rejecting them.
