If it is ok with you man, we can get like you said an indoor place and we would be playing there for 1 hour, less or more as you want guys and I'm ready to start the training course. All who want to join also can participate, what do you think? The training would be a mixture of light jogging, stretching and abdominal exercises. What do you think? Sounds good? I'm not expert but don't worry about it :)
