When u meant the term 'open' like dubai... NO...!! U cant go drunk around in the streets of Qatar. But trust me, its a lovely place unless u hav a good set of friends that can help u out here. There r other single standing females out here in Qatar, and since its a bit strict than Dubai, u certainly don't find them complaining about anythhing. Nothing to fear.
