At City Centre, tickets can be purchased at ticketing booth which is located to the left of Starbucks cafe on the 1st floor. If you are entering from the main entrance of City Centre, walk up the escalators and you will see the ticketing booths on the right side.

The booth will be open from 10.30am till 9.30pm.
