Truth be told, your salary package is quite typical for Western Engineers/Consultancies (min 10 yrs experience) working for major oil companies. Not bad package, though I would argue for a villa, you might then be on par with my colleagues & I ;) But otherwise, in the current world economic climate, this is a good chance for you to make some serious money before the Sh*t hits the fan!
