Do you have a receipt from the exchange mentioning that the money will be delivered with in 24 hours? I have been using City Exchange in Souq Al Najda who can transfer money to many Indian Banks including SIB and they really very prompt and reliable. I dont know anything about this Lari Exchange. You should go and talk to their Manager and tell him that if the money is not delivered with in 12 hours you will file a case against them. No other exchanges are asking for a double commission.
