Since I lost my posting...Im commenting again not only for Rochester but for those who have the same narrow thinking.
I eat burgers and steaks, I wear jeans, I speak English etc etc etc not because I want be American or westerner. It is because I like its taste, it's comfortable to wear and it is the universal language etc etc etc.
If you are comfortable wearing your national dress with ur day to day activities, i respect that.. it is your choice.
I can change my citizenship, dye my hair blond... speak spanish, french, english, Arabic, .. bleach my skin like MJ... still my blood is FILIPINO.
Allegic to us??? it is not because you commented that way I will be allergic to your people.. or would not even think that your people are like you.
Open your mind and broaden your horizon man. Whatever bad experience you had or still lingering in your life due to my country or my people... look at your hands, are fingers the same???
Thank your god because ur not Filipino.. because if you are... you wont survive with such kind of aristocratic attitude... Good luck :))
