if you had the job for the frist time in Qatar, I think you need TWO years to change the sponsor.
But you may take 6-months release letter form the first sponsor and endorse with Immigration and work with second sponsor. You can do like this 2-3 times, By the time you will be cmpleting 2 years, and you can change sponsorship legally
