The only tricky thing that might be a problem is the SATA Hard Disk that may not be detected at the beginning of the windows XP installation.
Some motherboards do not have anything to change the Hard Disk status to 'Compatibility'.
It's either you will use 'Intel Matrix Storage' to do so or a bootable copy of Windows XP that comes with many SATA drivers for different laptop models stored there and will load them at the beginning.
Some got other ways that would be Hardware related solutions...
