people want to get the money in advanced so they can buy more properties to rent for other people. They are trying to build as much as they can to get the benefit of that as much as they can too. One year in advanced seems ridiculous and that is why they reduce the price from 7000 you paid every month to 5000 if you are willing to pay in advanced. While everything is written in the contract, then there should be no problems. Just make sure that you got the contract with the right person or you would be in trouble.

The Countries are in a military racing with each other. People in the same country are fighting each other to live. Those Landlords here are racing with each other to get the benefit of what they are building in 1 or 2 years. Who is the victim here?
