Call the Philippine embassy on 4831585 and they have a complete listing of manpower agencies here which supply what they call 'Domestic Helpers'. But prior to that, please check with the Ministry of Interior whether they are issuing visas for Filipina house maids and whether you are eligible to sponsor one.
