I can't resist having a bit of a dig Knox, but if you're such a bright spark, why are you looking in the Gulf Times for oil & gas sector/chemical engineering jobs?
Shouldn't you be looking in publications like the weekly oil & gas newspaper:
There are a few jobs listed in the jobs section, but you need to subscribe to the magazine to access all job ads. Although you should be aware that it's a UK based magazine and some of the jobs *may* therefore be UK-centric, although oil & gas is a global industry and I'm guessing that should be reflected in the job ads.
Those are two publications that I'm aware of, as a non-oil & gas person, and non-chemical engineer. The former I noticed a journalism job ad for a while ago, which I mentioned to a South African journalist friend of mine who had been doing some reporting about the SA oil industry. The latter, like I said, I edited some articles for a Chinese journalist friend of mine who had some articles published in that magazine.
If I can find two publications with oil & gas/chemical engineering jobs in them...

Or perhaps TCE (The Chemical Engineer), which a Chinese journalist friend of mine wrote articles for, which I edited:
